Who we are
World Royal Pty Ltd (ABN 31 606 610 093), 2 Marquet Street, Rhodes NSW 2138, Australia, runs this website and is setting up the World Royal Business Network.
What the enquiry form collects
If you write to us, we collect your name, email, message, the topic you selected (membership, a growth check, a member tool, or custom development), and your phone number if you choose to leave one.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to handle what you asked about (for example a growth check or a membership question), and to keep an ordinary record of the request. We don't use the form to build a public directory of businesses, and we don't sell this information.
Who else sees it
Your message is sent to our inbox through an email delivery service (Brevo), and may also be forwarded to our internal enquiry system so we can follow up. These services may process or store the information outside Australia. Payment-card numbers are never collected on this form.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and for ordinary business records. Ask us if you want it deleted and we will remove it unless we have to keep it by law.
Custom development projects
If a software project goes ahead, including an MT5 Expert Advisor, you may also send us your written rules, specifications, and data you export, such as backtest or trade history files. We use them only to build and test the software you asked for. We don't use your rules or data for our own trading, and we don't share them except with the services described below. Please remove your name and account number from exported files where you can. We never ask for or keep a trading-account password, including an investor password.
AI tools and cloud services in projects
Our build process uses AI tools, cloud services, and private code repositories. They may process or store your project materials outside Australia. When the project ends, we delete your materials as the statement of work says. We keep ordinary business records, such as the agreement and invoices, as the law requires.
Access and correction
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
Analytics
This site uses Google Tag Manager, which can load analytics tags (such as Google Analytics) to see which pages are used. That can set cookies. You can block them in your browser. The site also uses cookieless visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics) and anonymous click events, which do not include personal information such as your name or email.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, contact us first. If we don't resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Safety records
Records that relate to safety — each version of a post, reviews, forwarded messages, reports, and a disabled account — are kept for at least 12 months. If you ask us to delete your details, we delete what is shown publicly and your contact details. The safety records stay for that retention period.
AI assistant
The Ask AI assistant on this website is an AI. It can make mistakes. Conversations are stored for 90 days so we can improve the answers. Do not type sensitive information into the chat.
Product subscriptions
Subscription status is synced from each product to World Royal, so we can recognise your membership and show it to you in the member centre.
